In 2009 Banex were the first to suggest to its clients the idea of using third party container services for transportation of their bananas. With joint effort, this idea was realized on dedicated service organized by A.P. Moller group which was called Ecubex.

Clients have taken the lead on conclusion of the contract whereas Banex developed lots of logistical solutions for loading operations which have not existed before

52 shipments in 2011 – 15 thousand FEUS (40 foot containers) were shipped by Banex clients in 2011.
